GNG Investments Steel Designs is a 100% black and woman owned Small Micro Medium Enterprise, which was established with the sole purpose of actively participating in the steel industry. Based in Mpumalanga, Bushbuckridge, Mkhuhlu, a striving and resilience youth owned steel company.
The Butterfly effect methodology proved to be the main source of knowledge as far as GNG is concerned. The initial dominant idea was the production of trailers which is part of our current success for our passive income steel investment strategy. It is clear from fractal geometric theory that linear behavior leads to defined form of existence hence change is always the main source of long term infinite growth. Trailer production produced the retail division and the retail division enabled a mass production of quality window frames. Recent success in past projects from 2019 lead GNG to produce frames at a mass scale thus supplying to South African reputable retailers.
The GNG idea existed in the hearts and minds of its main shareholders and founders of the organization long before 2019. The success of the fixed income portion encouraged the current operating manager to take another risk for GNG to operate at a highest standard and to ensure that there is direct mentorship for the young and vibrant shareholders. The Director and the CEO defiled the notion that woman are best in the matters of the kitchen. GNG has been benefiting from their energetic touch as far as management has been operating. The organization has been benefiting from the subsidized payment package to the Operation manager. This due to his vast amount of managerial experience from a paid work to self-paid work through entrepreneurship.
The deployment of international standard organization (ISO) 9001 series has been the main source of compliance and competitiveness since inception. The incorporation of quality management of ISO 9001 for design and mental products has been the cornerstone of product management which has produced real quality product.
